King of the tropics and guardian of the jungle, mountains, and deserts, the jaguar is a sacred and powerful symbol across Indigenous cultures throughout the Americas. In this design, the Gunadule of Colombia honor the majesty of this revered animal through intricate textile work created exclusively for Mola Sasa.

When we first launched the Jaguar Clutch, we couldn’t have anticipated it would become one of our most iconic pieces. Now featured in numerous publications including Vogue, it remains one of our all-time bestsellers.

All of our textiles are delicately hand-sewn by a woman artisan from the Indigenous Gunadule community of Colombia.
